The questions we get most.
It saves itself, on your phone and in the cloud, with an anonymous account the game creates when you open it. To survive a phone change or loss, go to Profile and tap “Link with Google”.
Close and reopen the game with a connection: the shop confirms the purchase with Google Play. If it still is not there after an hour, write to us with the form below, including your friend code and the order number from your Google Play receipt.
If you played as a guest (without linking Google) and reinstalled or changed phones, the game creates a new account. If you had linked Google, open your Profile and tap “Recover my game” with the same account: your game comes back.
Opening the game needs a connection to sync your save. If it drops mid-level you can keep playing: everything is saved on your phone and uploaded when the connection returns.
Before leaving your old phone, link Google in your Profile. On the new one, open Triodyte and tap “I have an account” (or “Recover my game” in your Profile) and sign in with the same account. Your purchases, avatars, styles and experience are kept.
In the game: Options → Help → “Delete my data and account”. Your account and data are deleted and the game closes. If you no longer have the game, write to apps.yogo@gmail.com or use the form, with your friend code.
It is meant for people aged 13 or older. If you are a minor in your country, play with your parents' or guardians' permission.
Santa's Dungeon opens on November 1, 2026 and closes on February 1, 2027. It unlocks once you complete 2 mines. Keys are earned by playing: daily reward, wheel, Dungeon levels, Dungeon Explorer, ads and the boss.
They stay with you: what you win in the Dungeon and the pass is yours forever. The Dungeon closes until the next season, and the pass gives you 7 more days to claim anything pending.
Yes on Android tablets: the game fills the whole screen and the board and tiles look bigger. The iPhone and iPad version will come later with the same design.
